PUCCI'S SLEEP SHOP POLICIES AND INFORMATION

CONSUMER MISCONCEPTIONS

Like most textile products, Mattress manufacturer's product covers are not warranted vs. fading, wear, or tears Mild body impressions or indentations are normal. Any impression under 1 1/2 inches is considered to be acceptable. Today's mattresses may be much thicker than your current mattress. This can cause problems with fitting sheets and even getting into bed. At the time of purchase, you can get a low profile box spring on any model for the same price or after purchase you can order a low profile bedframe which will lower the height of the set by 4 inches. Sometimes a box spring can be squeaky but in most instances a squeaky noise comes from the connection between the bed frame and the head/footboards.

ALL MATTRESSES ARE SUBJECT TO THE MANUFACTURERS WARRENTIES AND GUARENTEES

Warranties and guarentees are different for each company and range on the different product offered from each company. Sealy and Simmons require customers to fill out a "Dealer Return Request Form", along with photos of the defective area, and a picture of the bed frame. This form needs to be sent to the company by the consumer where from that point, Pucci's will be notified of the manufacturer's decisions and credits. It is imparative that all information on these forms is filled out to recieve credit. Structural damages to the mattress due to using an improper bed frame will not be credited. For queen and king mattresses sets the appropriate frame needs to have at least one center support or if rails are used, they need to have five cross slats. No mattress will be picked up if there are any stains on the mattress. Only pieces that have a flaw or are defective will be replaced. For instance, if the mattress has a body impression issue, only the mattress will be replaced (not the box spring). Items not covered under manufacturers warranties are stains, soiling or burns, handles, border wires, comfort preferences, body indentations less than 1 1/2 inches, sheet fit, and mattress or foundation damage due to abuse. Mattresses must be purchased as a set to keep its warrenty. Any mattress without its lew tags or sold on clearance will not be warranted. Manufacturer's do not pay for any transportation to get defective material from the consumer to the retail store. Pucci's offers a pick up service for the consumer for $35-$75 depending on where the pickup is. The pick up fee is to paid before any pick up is made or scheduled. The consumer may also drop off the mattress to Pucci's between 9-5 as long as they call before dropping off.

COMFORT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We at Pucci's strive to achieve your complete satisfaction. We have come up with a policy that helps you, the consumer, rest a little easier about choosing the right mattress. Simply keep the protective plastic cover on your new mattress for up to 30 days from the original delivery date. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we will exchange it for one of equal or greater value. All exchanges are subject to the fees and conditions listed below. Please review these carefully.

COMFORT SATISFACTION EXCHANGES- FEES AND CONDITIONS

The original, sealed plastic must remain on the mattress throughout the 30-night trial period. If the plastic is removed or open, the 30-night trial is VOID.  It is required that you sleep on the mattress a minimum of 14 nights from the original delivery date to allow for your body to properly adjust to the new comfort and support system. After the required 14-day trial period, but within 30 days from your original delivery date, we will exchange the mattress or set (if required) for one of equal or greater value. The consumer pays the difference if a mattress of greater value is selected. If a mattress of lesser value is selected, no reund or credit will be issued. All exchanges required a 20% exchange processing fee for each piece exchanged plus a $35-$55 re-delivery fee. There is a limit if one exchange per initial mattress purchase. Exchanged merchandise is not elligible for future exchanges. The following items are not elligible for exchange: air beds, adjustable bed bases, special orders, clearnance merchandise, floors models and merchandise sold "as is".

DELIVERY POLICY

Pucci's offers FREE local delivery in Dunkirk and Fredonia on all mattress set orders over $1000. For orders under $1000, the delivery fee depends on the distance the delivery is from Pucci's. Pucci's delivery charge varies from $35-$75 depending on location. The pick up and handling fees for returnable mattresses and, or box springs to go back to the manufacturer is $35-$75.
